Williston sex offender sentenced to 10 years in prison for possession of a firearm

Williston, North Dakota – Ten years in prison sentence for a registered sex offender in Williston for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Prosecutors say, residents alerted the Fargo Police after spotting 32-year-old LaSamuel Richardson III exposing himself outside.

Richardson was caught with ammunition in his coat pocket in a woman’s car, and the woman gave the pistol that Richardson hid in the car to the police.
