Red River Valley SWAT arrest man with multiple federal warrants for arrest

Fargo, North Dakota – Following the execution of a search warrant by the Red River Valley SWAT Team, a guy who possesses numerous federal warrants for his arrest has been placed into custody.

When someone ran into an apartment complex, the Fargo Police Department’s metro street crimes section was looking for many individuals. The Red River Valley SWAT Team, the Metro Street Crimes team, and the Cass County Sheriff’s office subsequently carried out a search warrant in the 1600 block of 35th Street South, according to a police department official. At 6:07 p.m. on Friday, December 22nd, the search was carried out.

According to the authorities, they were looking for Amar Kovacevic, 29, since he is wanted on many felony arrest warrants. After being taken into custody, Kovacevic was taken to the Cass County Jail.

There were additional people within the structure. The spokesman did not specify whether Kovacevic was the only person detained under the search order.
