Man detained with an Elmo doll loaded with fentanyl

Bismarck, North Dakota – A man is under arrest by the Bismarck Police on fentanyl trafficking charges.

A suspicious package was reported to be on its way to Bismarck by Detroit police. An Elmo doll containing over 1,200 fentanyl pills was found inside.

A stolen firearm was discovered in Dyron Marshall’s home by the police who detained him.

Marshall claimed to have purchased it from a Facebook user.
