Public invited to provide feedback on West Fargo Fire Department strategic plan

West Fargo, North Dakota – The public is invited to attend a public stakeholder meeting hosted by the West Fargo Fire Department.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, August 16 at 11:30 a.m. in the Lt. Adam Gustafson East Training Room located inside West Fargo City Hall. The goal of this meeting is to receive input from the community about the services and programs offered by the department. This data will be used to develop a new community-centered strategic plan.
The participants of the meeting will get information on the department’s strategic management and planning process as it is being discussed. After that, they will have a chance to give feedback on the department’s priorities and on problems in the community that the department can help the community solve.
According to the West Fargo Fire Department, they responded to 2,539 requests for assistance in 2021, a 459 percent increase over the previous five years.
