Mandan man receives two-year sentence for unlawful gun possession

Mandan, North Dakota – Due to a prior felony conviction, a Mandan man will spend two years in jail for unlawfully having a firearm.
Edward Rogers was allegedly in a car and pointing a gun at the police.
Rogers allegedly informed police that it was a BB gun.
However, when they searched his car, they discovered spent shot casings, ammunition, and a loaded revolver.
Rogers entered a guilty plea to many offenses.
