Man faces misdemeanor charges after bar theft

West Fargo, North Dakota – Man faces misdemeanor charges after he drank a couple of beers at a West Fargo bar and then just walked away.

Officers responded at Bar Nine to a report of a theft around 10:25 a.m. on Monday. They made contact with the owner after arriving at the bar. The owner told them that a man had entered an unopened area with a female person, took two beers and left the bar without paying for them.

The suspect has been identified from a surveillance camera and charges are being considered.

The loss is reported at $10.
