Grand Forks man is accused of neglecting animals and possessing them illegally

Grand Forks, North Dakota – Animal mistreatment is the charge brought against a Grand Forks man.
Friday, November 3rd, saw the charging of Gary Edward Larson.
He was charged with animal abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia unlawfully for the second time, and possession with intent to make or deliver methamphetamine.
The other counts were classified as felonies, but the animal neglect accusation was a misdemeanor.
According to reports from other media, there were about 13 animals—both dogs and cats—involved in the case.
Larson’s next hearing is set for December 4th at 9:00 a.m. Following his original hearing on Friday, November 3rd.
