Beltrami County crash considered to be hit and run

Kelliher, Minnesota – A Woodbury man’s death which occurred in Beltrami County is now considered a hit-and-run.

According to state patrol report, an SUV was going south on Highway 72 on Monday when it went off the road and rolled into the ditch.

Witnesses may have seen “suspicious activity” in the crash scene as well as in Kelliher. A vehicle involved in the accident may have left the scene.

Surveillance photographs of a potential suspect were released from a convenience shop.
