Warning: High-risk sex offender in West Fargo

West Fargo, North Dakota – Police department warns West Fargo residents that a high-risk sex offender, Robert James Rhode, registered his address at 825 Main Avenue East.
Robert James Rhode was found guilty of “Gross Sexual Imposition.”
Anyone who has concerns about this registered sex offender is asked to contact West Fargo Police Department.
