Warning: Another registered sex offender residing in Fargo

Fargo, North Dakota – The Fargo Police Department is informing the public that a registered sex offender has relocated to the city.

Terrance Eaton is a Fargo resident who lives at 734 College St North. The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee classified Eaton as a high-risk offender.

Eaton is 38 years old, is 5′ 5″ tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. He was found guilty of Corruption/Solicitation in Ward County in March 2020. A 17-year-old girl was Eaton’s victim.

In North Dakota, he is a life-long resident.
