Trail for man accused of double murder including Grand Forks officer set to begin on Tuesday

Grand Forks, North Dakota – The trial for the man who killed a Grand Forks Police officer is scheduled for Tuesday.
Salamah Pendelton is accused of killing his mother and officer Cody Holte.
Officials say the trial is expected to last till July 16th.
Pendelton could be sentenced to life in prison if found guilty of charges.
