Police: Teen Arrested in Fargo For Shooting a Man In The Back

(Fargo, ND) – A 17-year-old is in custody after police say there was a shooting in the 1600 Block of East Gateway Drive Friday night.  This happened just after 11pm when officers were dispatched to render aid to a person who had been shot.  Officers arrived soon after the call.  A man had been shot in the back.  He was transported to a local hospital for his injuries.  Officers were able to identify, locate and arrest a 17 year old who was responsible.  The investigation is showing no one else was a part of the shooting and both people knew each other.  Fargo Police say they are continuing to investigate.
