One person was shot and killed in Minot; the suspect is in custody

Minot, North Dakota – Police say that a gunshot that occurred in the southwest part of Minot resulted in the death of one person and injured another.

A guy was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident at an apartment located in the southwest portion of Minot, according to a post made by the Minot Police Department. Additionally, a female victim was transported to the hospital.

There is a suspect in custody, according to the police.

According to the investigators, additional material will be made public on Monday.
