Morton Mandan Public Library hosted the first annual wellness fair

Mandan, North Dakota – On Saturday, health activists gathered in Mandan to advance health and foster community.
Following previous events, the Studio Wellness Community of Mandan and the Morton Mandan Public Library worked together on the program on Saturday. On-site wellness merchants provided information on treatments and healthier lifestyle options. Community members could also take part in classes like yoga taught by Keri Vammer, the proprietor of The Studio.
“I hope that people take away just being able to find new practices for themselves to make themselves feel more comfortable within their physical bodies, more comfortable within what they are feeling internally, and that they learn something,” said Keri Vammer, coordinator of the Wellness Fair.
This year, due to the smoke, the fair had to be held indoors. The plan is to expand the event and hold it outside the following time.
