More than 4,000 hunting licenses for deer are still available for the 2023 season

Bismarck, North Dakota – If you tried to enter the deer gun lottery but were not successful, there are still licenses available. But the only people who can submit an application for one of the remaining deer licenses are those who participated in the lottery but were not successful.

4,300 licenses still remain.

Those applicants who are selected to receive one should have it in their possession by the beginning of August.

Those interested in applying still have until July 19 to do so.
