Minot uses affordable techniques for road maintenance

Minot, North Dakota – Across the whole city of Minot, road work is still ongoing.
Between 10th Street SW and 14th Avenue and 16th Avenue, crews are paving roads.
According to City Engineer Lance Meyer, instead of digging up and rebuilding the ground this time, cement stabilization will be used.
“The process is a lot quicker. It’s more efficient and it’s generally more cost-effective to do it this way,” said Meyer.
By the end of the week, the improvements on these streets ought to be finished.
