Man Killed After Being Struck By Train In Bismarck

A man is dead after being struck by a train in downtown Bismarck.
Police say surveillance video shows the 21-year-old victim may have been walking from a nearby restaurant on 5th Street and Main Avenue when he bypassed the railroad crossing arms and was hit.
Investigators say they don’t suspect foul play.
