Minot, North Dakota – Following an altercation with two law enforcement officers in Minot, a man who is handicapped and wheelchair bound is facing many charges related to the incident.
On July 24, at around 8:00 a.m., two police officers were sent to southeast Minot after a caller indicated that Karleon Trevilshlique Gregory, a 23-year-old who had an outstanding municipal warrant for his arrest, was seen in the area.
