Fargo man arrested for DUI

Fargo, North Dakota – A three-vehicle crash was caused by a drunk Fargo man around 11 a.m. Sunday in Devils Lake.
According to the North Dakota State Patrol, the 28-year-old Fargo man, Tanner Mitchell, with his SUV ran through red light at the intersection of U.S. Highway 2 and State Highway 20 and crashed another vehicle. The driver of that vehicle was seriously injured.
Mitchell’s SUV ended up thrown away of the road and the driver’s side wheel struck another car. The passengers from that car were not injured.
He was arrested and cited for running a red light.
He is now facing charges of DUI, driving under suspension, reckless driving.
