Driver booked into Cass County Jail for driving while intoxicated

Fargo, North Dakota – One man was arrested and placed in the Cass County Jail after police claimed he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to Fargo police, Corbin Lee, 23, was driving a vehicle when it collided at the crossroads of I-94 and 45th St. S. on Monday, May 9, shortly before midnight.
When police arrived on the scene, they reported that Lee seemed to be highly drunk. Lee was arrested for DUI after a sobriety test showed that he had been drinking.
There have been no reports of injuries as a result of the crash.
