An individual arrested in Fargo was extradited to Mexico

Fargo, North Dakota – A man who was detained in Fargo for stealing a car and was sought on drug trafficking charges in Mexico has been deported to Mexico. The man was wanted on drug trafficking charges in Mexico.
According to the information provided by the St. Paul field office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Benito Sanchez-Jimenez, age 41, was handed over to Mexican immigration agents in Arizona.
previously Sanchez-Jimenez entered the country legitimately in 2013, he had broken the law twice previously, in 2001 and again in 2007, when he first came to the United States.
Because he did not comply with the conditions of his entrance to the United States, he was deported.
