14-year-old stabbing victim has died, upgrade of charges expected

Fargo, North Dakota – Jupiter Paulsen, the girl that was stabbed last Friday in South Fargo has died.
She died at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo due to her injuries.
Paulsen was stabbed twenty times on her way to her mother’s house before going to work.
Her family did not expect her to survive.
Arthur Kollie, the man who stabbed her, is charged with assault, robbery and attempted murder.
Now that Paulsen is dead, it is expected the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office to upgrade the charges.
