Warning: Another high-risk sex offender residing in Fargo

Fargo, North Dakota – Police warns the public to the presence of a high-risk sex offender in Fargo.
Steven Daniel Gibson, 50, now resides at 2113 9th Ave. South in Fargo. He is described by police as 6′4′′, 240 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair.
He was convicted in May 2016 for child negligence and solicitation of gross sexual imposition, according to police.
