The West Fargo and Fargo fire chiefs among the candidates for assistant city administrator

Fargo, North Dakota – The five nominees for assistant Fargo city administrator include both the Fargo and West Fargo fire chiefs.
The local nominees are Dilworth City Administrator Peyton Mastera, West Fargo Fire Chief Dan Fuller, Fargo City Engineer Brenda Derrig, and Fargo Fire Chief Steve Dirksen.
Devin Massopust, the municipal manager of New Brighton, Minnesota, was also retained.
The new appointment would take over the position that was left vacant when Bruce Grubb, the former city administrator, retired last summer and was replaced by former Fargo Assistant Administrator Mike Redlinger.
He has worked for the city for 32 years and served as city manager for 6 and a half of those years.
