The Health and Human Services Offices in the cities of Fargo, Jamestown, and Valley City in North Dakota closed due to the winter weather

Fargo, North Dakota – On Thursday, the North Dakota Health and Human Services offices located in several different areas will be closed because of the hazardous weather and travel conditions.
It has been decided to close the Southeast Human Service Center in Fargo, as well as the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices there. Together with the South Central Human Service Center and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices that are located in Jamestown, the outreach office for SCHSC which is located in Valley City will also be shut down.
Individuals who are currently going through a crisis related to their mental health should dial either the suicide and crisis lifeline number (988) or the 211 number, for immediate assistance.
Both can be accessed at any time, day or night, during the whole week.
