The Fargo Police Department publishes a high-risk sex offender alert

Fargo, North Dakota – A high-risk sex offender has moved into the city, and the Fargo Police Department is alerting the public.
At 123 15th St. N. in Fargo, Timothy Joshua Adam Carnahan registered for services.
The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee determined that Carnahan posed a high risk for victimization.
Carnahan is 30 years old, weighs 200 pounds, is 5′ 9″, and has red-auburn hair and brown eyes.
His convictions include First-degree Incest, Indecent Liberties with a Minor, and Attempt to Engage in Sexual Act. In that incident, a 4-year-old child was the victim.
