Restrictions for usage and possession of fireworks for 4th of July

There will be some restrictions for usage and possession of fireworks for the 4^th of July.

Fireworks will be only allowed from 8 a.m. till 11:59 p.m. on July 4^th in West Fargo, since the usage and possession of fireworks is prohibited at any other time of the year. Fireworks can’t be launched on school, city, county, park or federally owned property.

Possession and use of fireworks in not allowed in Fargo even for the holidays, but there are exceptions that enable public shows to go on. More information can be found here.
