One injured, one dead after ATV crash

Fargo, North Dakota – An ATV crash at the ND state Fairground in Minot leaves one man with serious injuries and another one dead.

The crash occurred on Sunday after 12:30 a.m.

41-year-old Colleen Scott and 42-year-old Jaime Scott were travelling in a 2014 Polaris OHV south through the fairground parking lot when they struck into a parked vehicle. Then the ATV overturned causing the occupants to be ejected.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and the woman was transported with non-life threatening injuries to Trinity hospital.

The cause of the crash is still unknown.
