North Dakota is seeking participants in rural leadership

Bismarck, North Dakota – Do you aspire to have a prominent position in the agricultural industry? If so, it’s time to uproot yourself and scatter seeds throughout the neighborhood.
For their most recent program, Rural Leadership North Dakota is currently looking for participants.
The program, which has been running for 20 years, aims to create leaders in the agricultural and community sectors. Additionally, they hope to give participants leadership abilities like critical and creative thinking, effective communication, self-awareness, decision-making, strategic planning, and conflict management.
It consists of three out-of-state trips to meet with agricultural, business, and government leaders over the course of 18 months, seven in-state seminars with experts, tours of agricultural and community businesses, and even a trip abroad in 2025 to educate participants about global agricultural and community issues. Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama, Thailand, Vietnam, Chile, and Spain have all been visited by previous students.
Classes for this year starting in November. Visit their website to find out more about Rural Leadership and to register for the classes.
