North Dakota 6th best for Dental Health

Fargo, North Dakota – As it turns out, North Dakota is among the greatest states for caring for those chompers. A smile can go a long way.
The peace garden state ranks sixth best in the nation according to the most recent survey from WalletHub on states with the best oral health.
The personal finance website considered 26 important variables, including the proportion of teenagers who saw a dentist in the previous year, the price of dental care, and the number of dentists per population.
North Dakota also performed well in the following subsets:
• 10th – % of Adolescents Who Visited a Dentist in the Past Year
• 25th – % Of Adults Who Visited a Dentist in the Past Year
• 6th – Dental Treatment Costs
• 22nd – Sugar-Sweetened Beverage Consumption
• 3rd – % of Adults Who Experienced Oral Pain in the Past Year
• 1st– % of Adults with Low Life Satisfaction Due to Their Oral Condition
Wisconsin is the state with the best oral health. Mississippi is the worst.
