Minot Farmer’s Market is now open

Minot, North Dakota – Season one of the Minot Farmer’s Market has started.
Although produce isn’t at its peak right now, Ann Olson, owner of Hilltop Farms, stated that sellers still offer cucumbers, lettuce, and radishes.
She added that a range of expanding designs and baked products are available.
“We’re starting a little bit early this year, thanks to the weather we’ve had this summer so far,” said Olson.
Oak Park hosts the market three days a week through the end of October.
