Girls basketball: Spuds pick up road win over Fargo North

Moorhead picked up a 64-36 road win over the Fargo North Spartans in girls basketball Thursday night.

Sam Zimmerman led the Spuds with 15 points, while Fatima Amedi followed with 11 points.

Grace Miller scored a team-high 15 points to lead the Spartans, ahead of Arden Faulkner’s seven points.

Moorhead improved to 4-1 overall, while North dropped to 1-11.
