Following the discovery of a body on the Spirit Lake Reservation, the FBI is collaborating with North Dakota’s Bureau of Indian Affairs

Devils Lake, North Dakota – After a body was discovered over the weekend on the Spirit Lake Reservation close to Devils Lake, an inquiry has been launched into the circumstances surrounding the discovery.
The fact that the FBI is aware of the occurrence was verified in a statement sent by FBI spokesperson Diana Freedman, who is headquartered in Minneapolis. The statement also stated that the FBI “is working the investigation jointly with the Bureau of Indian Affairs.”
Freedman provided no other information on the probe in his statement.
On Monday night, the Bureau of Indian Affairs did not make any additional information accessible.
