Fargo Police Warning of High Risk Sex Offender in Community

(Fargo, ND) — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Daniel Fike Grinder, is currently registered Homeless in the city.
Grinder has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee, and was convicted on June 25th, 2007 in Cass County District Court of Gross Sexual Imposition, one class A felony and two class AA felonies.
His victims were female acquaintances under the age of 15. Grinder is a lifetime registrant.
FPD adds high-risk offenders are more likely to re-offend, which is why the alert is being put out.
