Fargo, North Dakota – According to a nationwide study, North Dakota is being praised as having one of the lowest concerns with drug use.

WalletHub, which ranks North Dakota 42nd overall for states with the highest drug use, makes this assertion. The study’s metrics position the state in the bottom five in a number of areas, including the proportion of adolescents who were offered, sold, or provided illegal narcotics on school grounds, the prevalence of drug use among adults, and the number of opioid-related deaths per resident.

Nevertheless, the state ranks fourth overall for the highest rate of drug arrests per resident.

The state also ranks second lowest in terms of the number of drug and alcohol rehab centers per 100,000 people who use illegal drugs (aged 12 and older).
