Cold weather causes delays in repairs, lane closures extended

Fargo, North Dakota – Through Friday, October 29th, eastbound traffic on 52nd Ave. S. will be reduced to one lane between 31st St. S. and 25th St. S.
The lanes were shut down on October 19th to allow for road surface repairs, and they were scheduled to stay closed until October 22nd. Cold weather has caused operations to be delayed, requiring the closure extend.
In the repair process, crews are using a foam substance that requires specific temperatures to work correctly.
