A tax expert explains the changes that will affect filing this year

Fargo, North Dakota – There is very little time left to file your taxes for this year, and there have been several important updates that you should be aware of.
According to Mark Steber, a specialist on taxes at Jackson Hewitt, taxpayers have a responsibility to pay attention.
Tax credits that were expanded during the pandemic and that expired last year include the earned income credit and the child tax credit.
According to Steber, this can result in a smaller refund than in the past or perhaps a surprise when it comes time to file taxes.
Tuesday, April 18 is Tax Day in the United States.
