2021 Cares for Kids Radiothon sets record for donations

Midwest Radio Fargo-Moorhead stations Froggy 99.9 (99.9 FM), Y94 (93.7 FM), and KFGO-AM (790 AM/94.1 FM/104.7 FM) joined forces on Jan. 28 and 29 to raise money at the 21st Annual Cares for Kids Radiothon presented by Corwin Automotive Group benefiting Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo. $180,000 was raised this year, a record for the radiothon.
Money raised during the radiothon will support special programs, purchase high-tech medical equipment, and fund research and education for Sanford Children’s Hospital, the only Children’s Miracle Network hospital in North Dakota. 100% of funds raised will stay local to help children from throughout North Dakota and northwest Minnesota who receive care at Sanford Children’s.
On-air personalities broadcasted live from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days, from the studios of Midwest Radio Fargo Moorhead.
