Fargo PD Warn of High Risk Sex Offender in Area

Fargo, ND – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, William Robert Kruft Jr., has registered at Home2Suites, 1652 44 Street South, in Fargo. Kruft was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment committee.
Kruft was convicted of Luring Minor by Computer on February 19th, 2015, in Cass County District Court. His victim was a 15 year-old female he met online. He is a lifetime registrant in North Dakota.
