Elm Street North To Close Due to Rising Water

Elm Street North will be closing between 13th and 15th Avenues North due to rising floodwaters. The closure will begin today, Tuesday, March 24 at approximately 1 p.m. Traffic will be detoured via 3rd Street North.
Elm Street will remain closed until the flood waters recede below the roadway.
