Younger workers would quit over company values

Fargo, North Dakota – Younger professionals as a whole indicated they would leave their jobs due to company ideals.
According to a recent LinkedIn survey, nearly 90% of Gen Z and Millennial professionals would be willing to quit their current position and go to one at a business whose values were more in line with their own.
Younger generations, according to researchers, prefer to work for organizations where they can affect change and make a difference. For Gen X professionals, the figures are less striking but still significant at 70%.
While Millennials are defined as those between the ages of 27 and 42 and Gen X as those between the ages of mid-40s and late 50s, Gen Z refers to individuals aged 26 and under.
