The North Dakota virus season is getting more intense

Fargo, North Dakota – As we go into the holiday season, there has been an increase in the number of instances of respiratory viruses in North Dakota.

An increase in the likelihood of virus transmission is observed over the time period between Thanksgiving and Christmas, according to specialists from Sanford Infectious Disease.

The number of instances of influenza in adults and RSV infections in children is increasing across the region.

In the meantime, the numbers belonging to COVID-19 have not changed.

Those who are able to do so are being encouraged by officials to get vaccinated.
