The nation’s lowest real estate price rises recorded in North Dakota

Bismarck, North Dakota – House prices in North Dakota are not rising quite as rapidly as they are in some other parts of the country.
According to a survey published by Boulder Home Source, the state experienced the lowest rise in real estate prices over the past five years, with an increase of approximately 22 percent.
The cost of a home in North Dakota currently runs approximately two hundred thirty-eight thousand dollars on average.
Since 2018, Idaho has seen the greatest increase in the value of residential homes, with an increase of almost 92 percent.
