Sweet support for heroes in blue

Fargo, North Dakota – Together with Sandy’s Donuts, the non-profit Heroes Compass supports the Fargo Police Department. They are producing a limited-edition narrow blue line doughnut at all of their outlets in Fargo and West Fargo.
According to Heroes Compass, the doughnuts were quite popular and sold out on Tuesday. If you would like a blue line doughnut, you must pre-order before Wednesday.
While supplies last, Heroes Compass will also send you a blue porch light as a free-will offering. According to reports, more than $5,000 was collected just on Tuesday. The shooting on July 14, which resulted in the death of officer Jake Wallin, the gravely injured officers Andrew Dotas, Tyler Hawes, and Karlee Koswick, and the revenue from the sale of blue line donuts and blue lights benefit those police.
Call the West Fargo Sandy’s Donuts at 701-281-0430, the 45th Street location at 701-532-3280, or the downtown location at 701-478-1155 to place an order for blue line donuts for Wednesday.
