ND House Passes Joint Bills To Legalize, Tax Marijuana

North Dakota’s House is moving forward to a pair of bills meant to legalize and tax recreational marijuana.  The joint bills were passed yesterday and would legalize and regulate the use of recreational marijuana and would provide policy for taxing sales of the substance.  The joint bills now move to the Senate.
