Man arrested after allegedly attacking a woman in her apartment

Grand Forks, North Dakota – An unidentified suspect was arrested after attacking a woman in her Grand Forks apartment.
The incident occurred at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday in the 2600 block of 13th Avenue South, according to authorities.
The police report says that when the man and woman entered a secure building, the man asked to use the woman’s phone.
He then followed the woman inside her apartment, where he attacked her before fleeing.
The identity of the suspect has not been revealed by the police.
He is facing charges of terrorizing and felonious restraint, and he may be charged with more counts as the investigation continues.
