Hospice of the Red River Valley hosting informational Dementia event in Fargo Public Library

Fargo, North Dakota – Starting in late October, there will be a dementia-specific educational event.
The purpose of the event, which is being hosted by Hospice of the Red River Valley, is to allow caregivers and individuals with dementia a peer-to-peer exchange of stories, resources, and helpful advice. The organizers of the “Living with Dementia” community event invite guests to ask the panel of experts any questions they may have regarding dementia at any time.
The event is being held at the Main Library of the Fargo Public Library on Tuesday, October 24th from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Numerous organizations will be represented, including Dr. Tracie Mallberg, Medical Director of House Calls and Hospice of the Red River Valley; Arlene Correia, C.N.A.; and Maggie Ness, Senior Program Manager of the Alzhiemer’s Association.
Attendance at the event is free.
