Fargo’s gas prices fall to less than $3 per gallon

Fargo, North Dakota – This is the first time since April that gas prices in the Fargo area are approaching $3 per gallon.
The drop follows the September 13 peak of slightly over $4 a gallon for gas.
GasBuddy.com claims that Costco and Sam’s Club have gas for as low as $2.89, however, membership is required to take advantage of these discounts.
The price on other stations is about $2.93.
Six states have gas prices under $3. North Dakota is one of them.
Currently, it is being sold at that price in about 3% of the petrol stations in the state.
In the upcoming weeks, there is a projected drop of an additional 25 to 30 cents in the statewide gas average.
