Fargo, North Dakota – A man crashed his car into a row of garages overnight and was brought to the hospital.

The Fargo Police Department was notified at 1:15 a.m. about a person who looked to be unconscious in his car in the 4200 block of 17th Ave. S., according to the police.

The caller claimed the driver was unconscious in his car and that he must have accidentally depressed the pedal, crossing 17th Avenue S. and hitting a row of garages.

The FFD responded to safeguard the structure because it had been compromised after the vehicle seriously damaged the garages.

According to officials, the driver, 28-year-old Fargo resident Cody Curry, was taken to a nearby hospital to receive treatment for non-life-threatening wounds.

Curry was accused of driving while intoxicated, but the Cass County Jail claimed he was never actually arrested.
