Detroit man charged with a crime after allegedly transporting more than $127,000 worth of fentanyl pills to Bismarck

Bismarck, North Dakota – Following his arrest in Bismarck last week for allegedly attempting to smuggle fentanyl pills into the city from Detroit, the man was taken to jail in Bismarck.
On Thursday, Treyvon Greene, age 22, was apprehended by authorities as he was alighting from a bus coming from Motor City, according to the police.
During the examination of his bags, it was reportedly discovered that he had more than 15,000 fentanyl pills, each of which had a potential street value of $127,000.
According to the police, Greene is being detained on a single felony accusation of fentanyl distribution.
There is an upcoming court date.
